#Architectural Projection Mapping #Motion Capture #Dance Performance 2025
Utilizing the OptiTrack system to record a dancer’s movement, this project integrates audio and motion data. I used TouchDesigner to translate audio into a fluid background landscape, while importing skeletal data into Blender via the Rokoko plugin to generate motion trails from 3D models. By applying feedback loops and particle systems, I created a "digital ink-wash" effect that visualizes the dancer's rhythmic energy.
This architectural projection mapping was exhibited at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, New York.
